42Trivia Account and Subscription Deletion Guide

Use the steps below to fully stop billing and remove your 42Trivia account.

Important: Do this in order

  1. Cancel your subscription first (Apple/Google).
  2. Delete your 42Trivia account in the app.

Deleting your 42Trivia account does not cancel App Store or Google Play billing by itself.

Part 1: Cancel your subscription

From inside the 42Trivia app

  1. Open 42Trivia and sign in.
  2. Open the side menu (drawer).
  3. Tap Subscription (under the Account section).
  4. Tap Manage Subscription.
  5. You will be sent to your store subscription page:
    • iOS: Apple Subscriptions page
    • Android: Google Play Subscriptions page
  6. Cancel your active 42Trivia subscription there.

If you do not see Manage Subscription

Open your subscription settings directly:

Then cancel the 42Trivia subscription.

Part 2: Delete your 42Trivia account

  1. Open 42Trivia and sign in.
  2. Open the side menu (drawer).
  3. Tap Profile.
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  5. In the confirmation popup (Delete Account?), tap Delete.
  6. Wait for confirmation: Account Deleted.

Your account is permanently deleted and you are signed out.

What gets removed

  • Your authenticated 42Trivia account is deleted.
  • Associated app account records are removed from the app backend.

Troubleshooting

  • If you see Delete Failed, retry after confirming you are online and signed in.
  • If store billing continues after account deletion, cancel directly in Apple/Google subscriptions (Part 1).
